Chinese Celebration, October 10, 1935. Possibly held to commemorate Double Ten Day, a holiday celebrated in Taiwan and overseas Chinese communities on October 10th, the anniversary of the 1911 Wuchang Uprising, which led to the overthrow of the Qing Dynasty.
